Eight years ago I "discovered" Cialdini's "Influence" book and knew that he was on to something special. I began implementing the principles during my leadership coaching sessions and we started getting incredible results! I later formed my own company and now I strictly work on influencing people's future. I've never heard/read "Monsters and Magical Sticks" by Heller, so thank you for the recommendation.
